they seem like the two most popular ones that claim to stay on 'all day' and is inexpensive. i have already tried revlon...smear city. but i want to take a poll on what brand of eyeliner you use/think is better. NO LIQUID EYELINERS.

i use almay and its really good. i absoloutley recommond it. it really lasts as long as it says and is pretty much waterproof.

almay works.......sumtimes 8)
The best ones I've found is CoverGirl waterproof or Avon Waterproof. The others run on me.
