What is the best eyeliner I can pick up from a basic brand? [Revlon, Almay, etc?]

I love Sephora/Ulta as much as the next girl but I need some eyeliner soon. Whatever stays on the longest and doesn't smudge too much?What is the best eyeliner I can pick up from a basic brand? [Revlon, Almay, etc?]

I loove Almay's Intense I-Color Play Up collection-- they make coordinated eyeliners (both pencil and liquid), shadows and mascaras that are specifically designed for your eye color (blue, green, brown %26amp; hazel). The eyeliners that I've tried from that collection are great and look super natural and pretty, as opposed to plain black , which can look a little harsh. Good luck!
I always buy bare essentials everything, it's so expensive, but it's worth it and it lasts forever.. Except for eyeliner! Cheap eyeliner pencils that you have to sharpen yourself like Wet and Wild from the drugstore, are the best.. they never smudge like the softer ones that you twist!
To get the nicest black eyeliner..buy loreal h-i-p cream eyeliner than buy any regular cheap eyeliner and dip the pencil liner into the cream one and it will apply flawlessly and perfectly..it is a great way to have dark eyeliner all day long without smudging =]
Almay eyeliner is amazing. It goes on really smooth and delicate, and it comes in pretty colors. It doesnt smudge very easily and stays on all day. It is $7 I think. They have great collections for different eye colours.
I personally dont use many drugstore brands of makeup, but when i purchased maybelline define a line i was very impressed. It goes on the waterline like butter, and it doesnt smudge off for quite a while! its about 3.50! hope this helps.
Revlon Colorstay eyeliner!!! It stays on all day and is waterproof. You can get the pencil or liquid form, they are both amazing.
Revlon Colorstay eyeliner and lipliner work like a charm and they last all day without smudging or wearing off.
I agree that almay lasts the longest (the kind you twist up) it lasts extra long if you put loose powder on your eyelid afterwards

I personally use NYC eyeliner pencil. It works fantastically and you can get it anywhere. Pencil stays on longer than crayon. Hope I helped and good luck!

Revlon Colorstay is good.
I like Covergirl Perfect Point Plus. It doesn't need to be sharpened and stays on for a very long time.
♥This is going to sound crazy to some people...but Wet 'N' Wild has amazing eyeliners that slick on and stay on great, all day! Plus? They are only a dollar. Good luck!♥
