Revlon hair color not working?

i have light brown hair and i'm trying to do blonde highlights.


i can't go to a salon or anything.


i bought revlon box thing and it doesn't work.


i did everything right, and left it in for the time and why won't it work?Revlon hair color not working?
You have to use bleach...Since your hair is dark, It won't show up(Even if it is Blond color.)Revlon hair color not working?
could be a couple of reason..


if you already have color on your hair, well color doesn't lift color and it is spitting it back out.


if you want highlights you must use bleach to lift the color from the hair.


and some hair just won't except box colors...


go to a professional... it is your best option to allevate mistakes...
Revlon Box Thing?! That's not much info. And do you mean it do ANYTHING? Or it didn't do what you wanted?
