I like the revlon colorstay foundation but for concealer...i use mary kay. they also have a night cream for the dark circles...it eliminates them.
I know you said you wanted a drugstore brand...but the concealer isn't that pricey and it is very good quality. It's ranked #3!Revlon Colorstay Concealer?
i bought it the other day actually. and it works great! it doesnt fade away like so many concealers that i've tried and it blends really well. and i have some pretty bad dark circles!
